Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Northwest Garage Door Spares. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is being returned for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part), the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for any returns to ensure safe delivery. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
